I know it’s a holiday weekend and you’re probably really busy…but I’ve got another cool event you won’t want to pass up! Grant’s Farm is hosting a monthly Food Truck Friday, starting this weekend! They’re inviting you, your kids and four awesome St. Louis food trucks out to the farm for an evening of entertainment! Just don’t feed the goats your cupcakes, m’kay?
Food Truck Friday starts at 6pm–after the regular daytime hours.
Food Truck Friday at Grant’s Farm
Here’s the best part: most of the things you love to do with the kids will still be open! Yes, you can ride through the Deer Park at twilight, feed the goats and the parakeets, ride a camel and go round the carousel! The paddle boats won’t be open, but I don’t think they have the lake lit up anyway. And you’ll have to save that trip through the Clydesdale barn for an afternoon visit. But yes, there will be beer and live music!
Admission is still just $12 per car, but there’s no free walk ups to this evening event. Not that you wanted to bike Grant’s Trail in the dark anyway. If you do feel like walking up (maybe you live near by?) It’s $5 per person. So really, just drive. It’s cheaper. The parking lot will open at 5:45pm and the first tram will take off at 6pm. And no, you can’t just come early and hang out. Grant’s Farm will close like normal at 3:30.
There will be a Food Truck Friday every month this summer: May 27, June 24, July 29, August 26
Hours are 6pm to 10pm.
