stlMotherhood is a personal blog written and edited by me, Denise Bertacchi. It’s purpose is to share the things I love about my hometown of St. Louis (that’s where the stl come’s from folks), plus a few crafts and whatnot that I do with the boys. Sometimes I’ll talk about a cool product, a book or whatever strikes my fancy.
The materials on the stlMotherhood website are provided ‘as is’. stlMotherhood makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, stlMotherhood does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, reliability, or likely results of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall stlMotherhood or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on stlMotherhood site, even if stlMotherhood or a stlMotherhood authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Naturally, I’d like to make some money to justify the hours I work on this blog. This blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorships or other forms of compensation. You’ll know when I do a paid post because it will be identified as a sponsored post.
I’ve joined Amazon as an Affiliate, so some links may be affiliate links. This means that as an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases at no cost to you.
HOWEVER, I will not allow compensation to influence the content of my blog. I’ll be honest in my judgment and recommendations to you and I won’t promote products without merit. Sometimes I receive products, tickets or payment in exchange for advertising and social media announcements. I try to always be honest when I report back to you on my experience. My opinions are my own.
