Make your own friendly fox from the simplest of “junk” craft supplies: a cardboard toilet paper roll!
You can make quiet a few things from cardboard tubes, and lets face it, TP rolls are always popping up at your house.
This fox is made from a toilet paper tube covered in orange construction paper. Your fox can be any color you like!
Simple Paper Fox Craft
Make this forest fox from a cardboard tube.
Materials
- Cardboard Tube (toilet paper roll)
- Construction Paper (orange & white)
- Googly Eyes
- Paint pen or marker
- Hot Glue
Tools
- Scissors
- Low Melt Glue tool
Instructions
Cut orange paper to fit the tube..
Glue in place.
Make a heart shape for the face and glue it near the top of the tube.
Glue the googly eyes to the wide part of the heart
Use a marker to draw the nose at the tip of the heart
Cut small paper triangles for the ears -- if you're feeling fancy, make it two color!
Glue ears to the top INSIDE part of the roll, just above the eyes.
Cut a tummy shape and tail shapes, and glue them onto your fox.
Notes
With a little patience you can use school glue, but hot glue will set much quicker.
